| 摘 要： | 推行政府采购制度是我国财政支出管理改革的一项重要内容，它不仅有利于提高财政资金的使用效益、节省采购开支，同时有利于发挥政府在国民经济运行中的宏观调控作用，推进保护国内产业，保护环境，扶持不发达地区和中小企业发展等政策措施的实施，从而，有效的抑制腐败。
