| 摘 要： | 脱酚棉籽蛋白作为一种新兴的饲料,具备粗蛋白含量高;氨基酸结构合理;安全性好等特点,适用于禽类和鱼虾的养殖.以成本较低的棉籽蛋白部分替代成本较高的传统蛋白饲料,这样既能使饲料中的蛋白成分更合理,又可降低成本.我国年产棉籽约600万吨,如能全部加工利用,可生产240万吨优质脱酚棉籽蛋白,对于缓解我国水产业植物性蛋白质饲料严重短缺局面,提高水产动物的生产水平和经济效益具有十分重要的意义.
