湿地松制造中密度纤维板工艺的研究

摘    要:以湿地松(Pinuselioti)为原料制造中密度纤维板工艺的研究,采用正交试验方法,分析了施胶量、板坯含水率、热压温度及热压时间对中密度纤维板物理力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:板坯含水率及热压时间对试验板质量影响较大,热压温度及施胶量的影响较小。采用适宜的工艺,即板坯含水率在10%、热压温度165℃、热压时间5min,施胶量可以降至8%~9%,试验板的各项物理力学性能可以达到国标特级品的要求。

Abstract:In this study, a manufacturing technology for slash pine (Pinus elliottii) {medium density} fiberboard (MDF) is discussed by means of orthogonal experiment design with 4 variable factors: resin content, mat moisture content, pressing temperature, pressing time. The results showed that: 1)mat moisture content and pressing time had more effect on physical and mechanical properties of MDF and resin content and pressing temperature had less effect on that of MDF;2)in the range of the experiment condition, the suitable level of variables was resin content of 8%9%,mat moisture content of 10%,pressing temperature of 165,pressing time of 5 min. The physical and mechanical properties of MDF can meet special grade requirement of MDF standard GB 1171889.
