人力花生脱壳机的设计

摘    要:[目的]减轻农户劳动强度,提高花生生产的经济效益。[方法]根据江西山区和丘陵地区的自然条件和经济欠发达的实际情况,通过分析和试验计算出最佳的脱壳工作部件参数值,设计了人力、机力两用的花生脱壳机。[结果]脱壳工作部件按纹板倾角50°、沟槽倾角45°、纹板宽度50mm、2块对称纹板、踏板速度60~80r/min、剥壳间隙6mm、凹板间隙9~12mm设计,当花生最佳含水率为13%~16%时,设计出的花生脱壳机剥壳率为90.9%,破碎率为43.4%,且人力和机力两用,省力、人体不易疲劳,价格低廉。[结论]该研究设计出的花生脱壳机基本上满足了农民的要求,为江西省花生生产提供了新型农机具。

Abstract:[Objective] The purpose was to alleviated labor intensity of farmers and increased economic benefit of peanut production.[Method] According to natural condition and fact situation of underdeveloped economy in hill area of Jiangxi mountain region,the peanut shellers dual-used by manpower and machine-power were designed through analyzing and computing optimum parameters for shelling working parts.[Result] The shelling working parts were designed according to the parameters such as jacquard card dip angle of 50°,groove dip angle of 45°,jacquard card width of 50 mm,2 symmetry jacquard cards,footplate rate of 60~80 r/min,shelling clearance of 6 mm and gravure plate clearance of 9~12 mm.When the optimum water content of peanut was 13%~16%,the designed peanut shellers had shelling rate of 90.9% and breaking rate of 43.4%,and had the features of dual use in manpower and machine-power,saving labor without tiredness and low price.[Conclusion] The peanut shellers designed by this study can meet the need of peasants basically and provides new farm implements for the peanut production in Jiangxi Province.
