曲元线设计犁体曲面之探讨

摘    要:本文提出用曲线作为水平元线形成扭柱型犁体曲面的数学模型,从而可用电子计算机探求最优的犁体曲面。由于采用等轴双曲线作水平元线,包络抛物线作导曲线,因此,通过控制导曲线的形状、位置以及曲元线的轴距A、曲线所在标准坐标系相对犁体曲面坐标系的旋转角φ、标准坐标系的原点坐标即可求得所需的犁体曲面。

Abstract:This paper established a model of rotated cylinderical surface by taking ,a curve as horizontal elemental line, therefor computers can be used to seek the optimization of plow moldboard. Because a hyperbola was taken as horizontal elemental line and a circumscribed parabola as mold curve, a satisfacroy moldboard can be designed by controlling the mold curve's shap and posittion, the axial length of curved elemental line, the rotary angle of two relevant cooridinates and their original points.
