粉锈宁对萌发小麦α一淀粉酶活性影响机制初探

摘    要:通过对用粉锈宁处理的萌发小麦α-淀粉酶活性测定,确定了粉锈宁在抑制丝状菌麦角甾醇生物合成的同时,也抑制了控制α-淀粉酶合成的赤霉素的合成。外加赤霉素可减轻粉锈宁对α-淀粉酶活性的抑制作用。

Abstract:By measuring α -amylase's activity of the germinated wheat which was treated bytriadimefon, it was ascertained that triadimefon could inhibit not only the biosynthesis offungi's ergosterol but also the production of Gibberellins which could dominate α -amylase'ssynthesis. Applied Gibberellin could alleviate the control of the triadimefon upon the activityof α-amylase.
