盐胁迫下小麦苗期渗透调节物质含量的变化研究

摘    要:以常规小麦品种鲁麦15为对照,采用不同浓度的NaCl溶液对耐盐小麦品种山融3号进行处理,研究该品种的耐盐性。结果表明,盐胁迫条件下,山融3号可通过主动积累可溶性糖、蛋白质、甜菜碱以及游离脯氨酸等渗透调节物质提高其渗透调节能力。2品种甜莱碱的含量差异极显著,脯氨酸含量差异显著。

Abstract:With normal wheat variety Lumai 15 as CK,NaCl solution with different concn was taken to treat salt-enduring wheat variety Shanrong 3 to study its salt tolerance.The results showed that Shanrong 3 could improve its osmotic adjustment ability through actively accumulate osmoregulation substances such as soluble sugar,protein,betaine and free proline.The content of betaine in 2 varieties had significantly difference,and that of free proline in 2 varieties had very significantly difference.
