摘    要:从陕西三个不同地区小麦、大麦、玉米、谷子、黄豆 根围土壤中分离出丛枝菌根真菌,均为聚球囊霉属,已鉴定的有七种,分别为:摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)、缩球囊霉(Glomus constrictum)、地表球囊霉(Glomus versiforme)、苏格兰球囊霉(Glomus caledonium)、聚球囊霉(Glomus aggregatum)、地球囊霉(Glomus geosporum)、双形球囊霉(Glomus dimorphicum)。所调查的作物的丛枝菌根真菌侵染率和根际土壤孢子密度均较低。

Abstract:Several AMF(arbuscular mycorrrhizal)fungal species were isolated from Triticum acstivum, Hordeum vulgare, Zea mays, Setaria italica and Glycine max. Seven species were identified. They were Glomus mosseae, Glomus constrictum, Glomus versiforme,Glomus caledonium, Glomus aggregatum, Glomus geosporum, Glomus dimorphicum. Infection rate of AM and spore density of different hosts were also measured.
