摘 要: | 为研究建立猕猴桃和野生软枣中总糖含量的标准测定方法,通过对比试验,探讨采用碱性酒石酸铜滴定法测定总糖的最佳试验条件及注意事项。试验结果表明,测定总糖的最佳条件为:猕猴桃与野生软枣的取样量分别为2.5g和3.2g、盐酸(1+1)溶液的添加量为5mL、水浴温度为70℃、加热时间为30min。精密度和回收率试验表明:该方法的精密度相对标准差为0.177%,精密度较好;回收率在95.8%~100.3%之间,准确度较高。

Abstract: | The aim of this article is to establish the standard methods of determination of total sugar in actinidiaarguta planch. Samples were treated with hydrochloric acid ( 1+1 )5 mL and then put in water-bath under 70 ℃ for about 30 min. Proteins of the product were removed. Under the hot boiling conditions, products were titrated with basic copper tartrate solution. The method with good precision and recovery rate is simple and the end point is easy to be found. |
