| 摘 要： | 文章以天津市总工会GIS应用系统为实例，探讨了基于CIS技术，采用Client／Server模式的快速反应信息系统的解决方案。根据总工会部门管理工作的实际要求，实现了信息系统的各主要模块及其功能。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the practice of Tianjin labour Union's quick response information system,the technology based on GIS and the solving of quick response information system using Client/Server model was discussed.According to the requirement of the labour union's department management,the major module and function of the information system was realized. |
