摘    要:采用带腋芽或顶芽的茎段为外植体,调节培养基营养与激素,以微型扦插的组织培养快繁方法建立了栝楼无性繁殖体系及栝楼组培苗生产路线,成苗效率高,较适合初代诱导的培养基为MS+BA0.3mg/L+IBA0.06mg/L,增殖培养基为MS+BA0.15mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L,生根培养基为MS+IBA0.3~0.5mg/L;沙土混合移栽基质能有效提高组培苗移栽成活率,生成的栝楼组培苗整齐健壮,生长活性强。

Abstract:Stem segment with axillary bud or apical bud could be applied as explant in the tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Trichosanthes lcirilowii, and through the regulation of culture medium, hormone and culture condition, the procluct line of tissue culture seedling had been set up by tissue culture method of micro-cuttage. It showed that the optimization formula is MS+BA 0.3 mg/L+IBA 0.06 mg/L for bud inducement, MS+BA 0.15 mg/L +IBA 0.1 mg/L for multiplication, and MS+ IBA 0.3~0.5 mg/L for root inducement. The tissue culture seedling showed that high survival rate in transplant by the use of sand-soil medium. and strong growth potential.
