摘    要:为探明水稻品种的亲缘关系,合理利用水稻品种资源,选用55对微卫星标记引物对23个水稻品种的亲缘关系进行了研究,采用UPGMA构建系统树图进行聚类分析和计算遗传距离.结果表明:引物的扩增产物带型清晰,结果稳定;23个品种分为4种类型,其中籼型8个,粳型6个,偏籼型5个,偏粳型4个;籼型品种之间和粳型品种之间的亲缘关系均较近,偏籼型品种之间和偏粳型品种之间的亲缘关系均较远.为了提高籼稻或粳稻品种和杂交种的优势,应注意采用偏籼或偏粳材料作为亲本之一.

Abstract:Aim:investigating the variation of rice(O.sativa L.) and establishing foundation for further breeding of rice germplasm resource.Methods:The genetic variability and relationship of 23 pedigree varieties in rice was analyzed based on 55 pairs of sequence tagged microsatellite site(STMS).Unweighed pair-group by way of arithmetical averages(UPGMA) cluster analysis was used to construct a dendrogram.Results:The bands amplified by STMS were clear and steady.23 pedigree varieties were classified as 4 types:8 indica varieties,6 japonica ones,5 indica-clinous ones and 4 japonica-clinous ones.The genetic relationship among indica varieties was close,japonica ones also close,but indica-clinous ones far,japonica-clinous ones also far.The indica-clinous varieties and the japonica-clinous ones should be used as one of parents in during parental selection in order to get the good quality of pedigree progenies and the great heterosis of F1 hybrids in indica or japonica.
