摘    要:目的]筛选芽期抗旱性强的材料,为玉米抗旱性育种提供新的种质资源。方法]采用19.2%的PEG-6000水溶液为水分胁迫剂,对44份玉米种质进行芽期抗旱性鉴定,测定其萌发指数和抗旱指数。结果]44份玉米种质中芽期抗旱性极强的有5份,抗旱性强的20份,其余19份均为中等抗旱性材料。显著性测验分析表明,N4号、N54-1号和武鸣1号3份种质萌发指数和抗旱指数显著或极显著地高于其他种质。结论]44份玉米种质芽期抗旱性均较好,可作为玉米抗旱性育种的种质资源,具有较大的开发利用价值。

Abstract:The drought resistance for 44 maize germplasm at budding stage was studied with polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000) of 19.2% in order to provide new germplasm resource for the drought resistance breeding of maize.The results showed there are five germplasm of extremely high drought resistance,20 germplasm of high drought resistance,and 19 germplasm of medium drought resistance.The test of significance was also used to show that the germination index(GI) and germination of drought resistance index(GDRI) of N4,N54-1 and wuming No.1 were dramatically higher remarkable than others.The conclusion was that the 44 maize germplasm have good drought resistance and can be the germplasm resource of the drought resistance breeding of maize,which has a great value of development and utilization.
