浅议城市旧区改造与贫民权益的均衡——以昆明永昌小区改造为例

城市旧区是在城市长期的历史发展中的产物。早期城市的规划功能定位不能满足当今城市管理、城市交通的需求，成为当今城市发展的瓶颈。本文以昆明永昌小区改造工程为研究实例，提出了对城市旧住宅小区的改造意见，希望通过对旧小区的改造解决影响城市面貌的相关问题。

Discusses the balance between the Reconstruction of urban old area and poor people's rights and benefits--take the transformation of Kunming Yongchang residence for example

The urban old area gradually form in the long-time historical. The primary city planning function can not satis fled the demand of city management and the city traffic at present, which has turned into the bottleneck of the city development This article has studied the transformation of Kunming Yongchang residence,proposed that methods of transform the old resi dence, though this way to change some problem which has affected the urban appearance.
