摘    要:以日光温室茄子'茄杂一号'和'黑贝一号'为试材,研究了不同CO2浓度与叶温组合下光合对光强响应特性参数,包括光饱和点LSP、光补偿点LCP、光合效率AQY、光合光转化效率LCE。结果表明,LSP随着环境CO2浓度和叶温的增加而增加;LCP随着环境CO2浓度的降低和叶温的增加而增加,LCP日变化曲线呈单峰型;在饱和CO2浓度和光合适温下的AQY较高,AQY日变化曲线呈现单谷型曲线而且受温度和CO2浓度的影响较大;与CO2浓度和叶温的其它组合相比,在CO2浓度1000μL/L和叶温30℃下的LCE较大、Lopt较小。

Abstract:This paper highlights the studies on response characteristics parameters of Pn/PAR in greenhouse microclimates on eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) F_1 hybrid 'QIEZA-1' and 'HEIBEI-1', including light saturation point (LSP), light compensation point (LCP), apparent quantum yield (AQY), and light conversion efficiency (LCE). LSP of greenhouse eggplant increases as increasing CO_2 concentration and leaf temperature, but LCP increases with decreasing CO_2 concentration and decreases with increasing ambient temperature. Its AQY is higher on the combination of saturation CO_2 concentration and optimum leaf temperature than others. The curves of LCP diurnal variation of eggplant in greenhouse shows as a single-peak type, but that of AQY shows as a single- valley type, and AQY diurnal variation is strongly dominated by CO_2 concentration and leaf temperature. LCE is higher and Light illumination for optimum conversion efficiency Lopt is lower under the combination of 1 000 μL/L CO_2 concentration and 30℃ leaf temperature than others.
