| 摘 要： | 应用PCR技术，分析草某膦氧化还原酶基因（GOX）和修饰草甘膦氧化还原酶基因的核苷酸序列及表达蛋白质的氨基酸序列，建立了检测转基因抗草甘膦油菜籽中草甘膦氧化还原酶基因的技术和方法。

| Abstract: | The sequences of nucleic acid and corresponding amino acid of glyphosate oxidoreductase gene and modified glyphosate oxidoreductase gene were analysed by PCR, and a detection method of modified glyphosate oxidoreductase gene from roundup-ready rapeseed was conducted. |
