| Abstract: | Xu Xiake wrote many travel notes with regard to his tasting in the Guangxi area.These recording was not only for the research on the Guangxi diet in Ming Dynasty,but also the supplement of the foundational historical material.It unfolded the Guangxi unique diet custom and meanwhile enriched the Guangxi's diet culture connotation.Therefore,《Xu Xiake Travel Notes》 is the indispensable literature work studying the Guangxi diet culture. |
