玉米单作及与大豆混作中氮来源的研究

摘    要:用~15N同位素示踪稀释法研究了玉米单作及与大豆混作的氮来源,结果表明,单作玉米来自土壤氮占87.20%~92.88%,来自肥料氮仅占7.2%~12.8%;与大豆混作时,玉米来自土壤和肥料氮分别比单作降低了13.14%~21.77%和14.04%~26.96%;玉米从大豆固氮产物中获得氮13.72%~22.14%.

Abstract:N resource of corn plants in monoculture and mixture of corn and soybean was conducted in plot and potting experiments in 1992 by using isotope dilution technique. The %Ndff and %Ndfs of corn plants in monoculture were 7.12%~12.8% and 87.200~92.88% respectively.while the %Ndff and %Ndfs were decreased by 14.94%~26.96% and 13.14%~21.77% respectively in the mixed culture as compared with monoculture. 13.72%~22.14% of corn plants in the mixed culture was transfered from the N2-fixation by soybean plants. This is the third N resource of corn plants in the mixture.
