非洲西瓜种质资源的抗病性鉴定及其POD同工酶分析

摘    要:对引自Botswana西瓜种质资源的抗病性鉴定结果表明,在5×105孢子/ml及浸根5min的压力下,MK2、M2对2号小种表现免疫,MK2、W3及Lovrin×W3对0号小种表现免疫;田间调查表明,对炭疽病的抗性普遍较强(T1和MK除外),对病毒病的抗性和耐性普遍强于对照,尤其MK2对枯萎病和炭疽病表现免疫,对病毒病表现高抗;大部分资源的叶片和根系中拥有比对照丰富的分子量较大的POD同工酶,种子球蛋白组分比对照丰富.

Abstract:The disease resistance of some watermelon gerplasm introduced from the Botswana (the origin of watermelon),Africa,was studied, The true leaf and root POD isoenzyme and the seed globulin were analysed by means of electrophoresis.The results of artificial inoculation identification at its seedling stage showed that the MK2,M2 were not infected by race 2 and the MK2,M3 lovrin×W3 were not infected by race 0 under 5×105 spores/ml inoculation presure;The field investigation showed that the resistance of these germplasm (T1 and MK were exceped)to anthracnose is much higher than that of CK (commercial cultivar).The rate of virus disease in field showed that these germplasm have much higher resistance and tolerance to virus disease.The MK2,which is immune to fusarium wilt and anthracnose and is much higher resistant to virus disease,is hardly to find in citrullus lanatus.The utilization of these germplasm will bring about a great abvance in disease resistance breeding of watermelon.
