甘蓝型油菜抗寒性与某些渗透物质的关系

摘    要:对甘蓝型油菜抗寒性的季节变化及其同某些渗透物质的关系进行了研究。结果表明,甘蓝型油菜抗寒性的季节变化分为抗寒性锻炼、抗寒性保持和抗寒性消解3个阶段,在抗寒性保持阶段,不同品种抗寒能力差异显着。在越冬期中,叶片中可溶性糖含量、细胞汁液浓度、游离氨基酸、游离脯氨酸含量上升,总含水量、自由水含量下降,束缚水含量以及束缚水/自由水比值上升。其中,细胞汁液浓度、游离脯氨酸含量、自由水、束缚水含量以及束缚水/自由水比值可作为品种抗寒性鉴定的生理指标。

Abstract:Seasonal variation of cold hardiness in winter rape and its relationship to some osmotic substances were studied in the experiment.The results showed that seasonal variation of cold hardiness of winter rape may be divided into three stages,i. e. the stage of increasing cold hardiness. maintaining cold hardiness and dehardening cold hardiness.During the second stage,the difference of cold hardiness between different varities were significant.During overwintering period.content of soluble sugar,cell sap,free amino acid and free proline increased,however,total,water content and free water content decreased,bound water content and the ratio of bound water content to free water content increased.Among these substances,content of cell sap,free proline,free water,bound water and the ratio of bound water content to free water content considered to be indexes to determine the cold hardiness of winter rape varieties.
