土壤水分对棉纤维发育的影响

研究结果表明,整个花铃期缺水,严重影响纤维伸长,可溶性糖含量低,纤维素积累量少;初花期至盛花期,土壤相对湿度由80%降至60%,明显抑制纤维伸长,纤维素积累量减少;花铃期充足供水或初花期适当控制水分,盛花期土壤相对湿度达80%,能促进纤维伸长,有利于前期纤维中可溶性糖的增加和后期纤维素的积累.

EFFECT OF SOIL WATER ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF COTTON FIBER

The experiment showed that:when soil water went down at 40%.the extension of fiber was seriously affected and the amount of soluble sugar and the accumulation of cellulose dropped to the least so that the quality of fiber become very bad.The first flower stage to peak flower stage,when soil water was decreased down from 80% to 60% ,the extension of fiber was depressed.When soil water was maintained at 80% or increased from 60% to 80%.it was favourable to promote the extension of fiber and increase the amount of soluble sugar during earlier stage as well as to increase the accumulation of cellulose during later stage of fiber development.It suggested that supplying plenrty of water during flowering and boll developing stage is very important for increasing the duality of cotton fiber.
