| 摘 要： | 用烟草花叶病毒接种抗性植物心叶烟后,采用离心和ZnAc2沉淀的方法提取植物胞间液中的病毒复制抑制物(IVR).5%～15%的不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定IVR的分子量为26000.对IVR进行的抗性检测实验表明,IVR对三生NN烟原生质体内TMV的复制抑制率达78%,对植物体内病毒的抑制率达47%～70%.

| Abstract: | The inhibitor of virus replication (IVR) was extracted by centrifugation and ZnAc2 precition from intercellular fluid of resistant tobacco Nicotiana galtinosa infected with tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). IVR molecular weight was about 26 000,as determined by 5%~15% gradient poly-acrylamide gel electrophoresis. The inhibition of IVR effect on virus replication in samsun NN protoplast was 78%;the percentage inhibition of IVR to plant tissue was 47%~70%. |
