家蚕品种若干数量性状的主成分分析

摘    要:对家蚕64个杂交组合的12个数量性状进行主成分分析的结果表明,产量因子为第1主成分,丝质因子和生命力因子分别为第2、3主成分。3个因子的特征值累计贡献率在85%以上。通过计算各组合的主成分值,选出了数个经济性状优良的组合,结果与实践一致。

Abstract:This study investigated 12 quantitative characters of 64 silkworm hybridized combination by principal component analysis. The results shows that the yield factor served as the first principal component,the silk-factor the second and the vitality-factor the third. The characteristic roots of its were accumulated at more than 85%.According to the principal component value of all hybridized combination several excellent hybridized combination were seleced,and the results are concident with practice.
