摘    要:通过研究采前喷施不同质量分数的钙和钾处理对贮藏期间甜樱桃果实生理和品质变化的影响。结果表明,采前喷施不同质量分数的钙和钾处理能够抑制多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,减缓膜质过氧化物(MDA)在细胞中的积累,延缓在贮藏期间品质劣变速度,有效提高甜樱桃果实的品质和耐贮性能。其中,1.5%Ca(NO3)2+0.3%KH2PO4处理对减缓果实衰老,减少果实腐烂和保持甜樱桃果实品质的效果最好。

Abstract:Effects of pre-harvest combined treatments of calcium and potassium on the fruit quality and physiological changes of sweet cherry cultivar Hongdeng during storage were studied. The results showed that pre-harvest spraying with different concentrations of calcium and potassium could inhibit the activities of polygalacturonase enzyme (PG) and peroxidase (POD),slow the accumulation of membranaceous peroxide (MDA) in cells,delay the quality deterioration during storage, and so effectively improved the sweet ch...
