| Abstract: | The connotation, summary and current status development of food safety and nutrition discipline was elucidated. The necessity and feasibility of the discipline was also introduced. Moreover, the future prospects of food safety and nutrition discipline was veiwed to illumine the scheme for incubating food major talents. |
