摘    要:该文阐明了食品安全与营养学科的内涵、学科概况和发展现状,提出设置该学科的必要性和可行性,并展望了食品安全与营养学科的发展前景,为更好地培养食品专业人才提供思路。

Abstract:The connotation, summary and current status development of food safety and nutrition discipline was elucidated. The necessity and feasibility of the discipline was also introduced. Moreover, the future prospects of food safety and nutrition discipline was veiwed to illumine the scheme for incubating food major talents.
