摘    要:研究对球孢白僵菌生产菌株Bb202进行固体发酵生产,并使用英国Imperial College设计生产的Mycoharvester Version 5收集发酵白僵菌孢子。通过对其收孢效率进行评价,发现在4.5min时,白僵菌孢子的分离效果已达到50%左右。Mycoharvester Version 5收获的白僵菌分子孢子粉细粉含孢量为1 200亿/g,含水量为4.54%。该仪器收孢效率明显高于其他常用的孢子收集设备。

Study on Harvest of Conidia from Beauveria bassiana by Mycoharvester Version 5

Abstract:In this study,Mycoharvester Version 5 which was designed and produced by Imperial College was used to collect conidia of Beauveria bassiana.The efficiency of conidia collection was evaluated.The results showed that about 4.5minutes,its separating effect has reached about 50%.The high quality of the conidia powder was featured a purity of 1.2×1011conidia/g.The water content was 4.54%.The collecting efficiency of Mycoharvester Version 5 is higher than other commonly equipments of conidia collection.
