新疆野核桃叶提取物抑菌试验研究

摘    要:试验选用新疆野核桃叶为研究对象,以金黄色葡萄球菌为指示菌,用抑菌圈直径为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过正交实验对核桃叶的提取条件进行优化。结果表明:对核桃叶抑菌活性物质提取效果的影响为乙醇浓度液固比提取温度提取时间;最佳提取条件:乙醇浓度70%,液固比15∶1,提取温度60℃,提取时间4h。在此优化条件下,核桃叶提取物抑菌圈直径为1.932cm。

Study on Bacteriostasis Test of Xinjiang Wild Walnut Leave Extract

Abstract:This experiment through wild walnut leaf extract, confirmed the vitro antimicrobial test of wild walnut leaf extract gram- positive bacteria have obvious antibacterial function. Xinjiang wild walnut leaf test for researching object,by staphy- lococcus aureus, with instructions for the bacteriostatic circle diameter of activity tracking, on the basis of single factor experi- ment through orthogonal experiment of walnut leaf extract optimized conditions. As Results of walnut leaves the antibacterial activity material extraction effect size order: Ethanol concentration 〉 The liquid - solid ratio 〉 Extracting temperature 〉 Ex- tracting time;The best condition: ethanol concentration70%, The liquid- solid ratio15: 1, Extracting temperature60℃, Ex- tracting time 4 hours o In the optimized conditions, walnut leaf extract bacteriostatic circle for 1. 932 cm in diameter.
