| 摘 要： | 采用四种配方基质栽培杏鲍茹，试验结果表明：配方3(木屑23％、棉籽壳23％、麸皮19％、玉米粉5％、豆杆粉28％、碳酸钙1％、糖1%)是最佳基质配方；该配方培养料的菌丝生长势最强．子实体形态较好，产量平均值达到3949g，产量最高，生物学效率达78．98％，与其余供试配方培养料相比，差异显。

| Abstract: | We did exprement with four culture and the experimental results showed that the optimum culture was culture 3(Sawdust 23%;Cotton seed hull 23%;Wheat bran 19%;Corn meal 5%;Bean-staff meal 28%;Calcium carbonate 1%;Sugar 1%).The mycelium growth vigor of culture 3 was the strongest,fruitbody morphology was better than that of culture1and 2,fruitbody average yield was 3949g and the highest;the biological efficiency was 78.98%.The differences were significant compared to culture1,2 and 4. |
