| Abstract: | The intelligence cultivation of the qualified editors is an important subject in constructing the team of the editors. Editor intelligence is the intellect and ability, which are used by the editors to deal with the checking and editing work. To do this job, the editors must utilize all kinds of the basic knowledge, professional technology and the whole cultural quality. In order to be fully equal to the editing job, which is given by the chief editor, qualified editors must have this kind of intelligence. |
