摘    要:以在重庆采集的野生十字马唐为材料,对连续干旱处理12天内测定的6项生理指标进行比较分析。结果表明,叶片相对含水量与对照相比都有所下降,随着胁迫程度的加深,相对含水量就越低。叶片游离脯氨酸含水随着胁迫程度的加深呈上升趋势,叶绿体色素含量先增加后下降,而MDA含量则呈现先下降后增加趋势。

Abstract:In order to study the drought resistance of cross stativa, the physiological and biochemical indexes of Cross stativa were investigated in 12 days successive drought stress condition. Results showed that the Relative Water Content (RWC) of leaves was decreased compared with CK, and dropping with the increasing of drought stress. Contents of free praline were on the rise with the increasing of drought stress. The Contents of chlorophyll increased first decline after, but contents of MDA just the reverse.
