| 摘 要： | 自2011年启动以来，草原生态补奖工作在西藏自治区已经得到全面落实和实施。本文简要介绍了草原生态补奖的背景及其意义，阐述了昌都地区八宿县以禁牧补助、草畜平衡奖励和生产性补贴为主要内容的草原生态补奖机制．结合自身工作体会。提出了存在的问题和进一步改进工作的具体对策。

| Abstract: | Since the year of 2011, grassland eco-compensation mechanism had been carried out in Tibet autonomous region. In this paper, the background and significance of the grassland eco-compensation were briefly narrated. The grassland eco-compensation mechanism in Basu county in Tibet autonomous region, including grassland forbidding grazing compensation, reward for balance between forage supply and livestock requirement, and subsidy for animal husbandry production. In addition, some prominent problems and suggestions were put forwarded based on working experience from author. |
