温光型两系杂交小麦MS1及其高产制种技术研究

摘    要:温光型两系杂交小麦MS1(C49S-89/J-17)系以重庆温光型核不育小麦C49S-89为不育系,用自育品系J-17为恢复系组配而成的强优两系组合,具有丰产、稳产、适应性强、增产潜力大等特点,在各级试验中表现突出。采用不育系种植密度8万/667m^2和2:20行比等技术制种, 其制种产量可达220kg/667m^2以上。是一个极具希望的两系杂交小麦强优组合。

Abstract:MS1 (C49S-89J-17), a thermo-photo-sensitive two-line hybrid wheat, was a combination with strong heterosis over CK, which was from the cross by using the Chongqing thermo-photo-sensitive genic male sterile wheat C49S-89 as sterile line and J-17 bred by Mianyanng In stitute as restorer.It was characteristic of high and stable yield, strong adaptability and big increasing yield potential.Its performance of yield in tests was very outstanding.The yield of hybrid seed production for MS1 could get more than 220 kg per 667m2 by using the technique of the planting density of the sterile line 8×104 seed lings per 667m2 and the row ratio of male to female 2:10.It was a new two-line hybrid wheat conbination with bound less prospects.
