摘    要:小麦加工品质除受品种本身的遗传特性控制外 ,生态条件及栽培措施的影响也至关重要。在某一生态区 ,对于特定的品种而言 ,只有栽培措施是可控因素 ,其中肥水对加工品质的影响是主要的。笔者综述了国内外学者关于栽培措施对小麦籽粒主要加工品质影响的研究 ,以期从栽培学的角度为我国小麦加工品质的改良提供一些有益的启迪。

Abstract:The environments and cultivated measures have important influences on processing quality of wheat grain besides genetic characters of wheat variety. Only the cultivated measures may be controlled for a particular wheat variety in some ecological area,among which fertilizer and water are the most important influence factor on the processing quality of wheat. In the article the effects of different cultivated measure on main processing quality of wheat grain at home and abroad was reviewed and some inspires that could be beneficial to improving the processing wheat quality were offered form the angle of cultivation.
