摘    要:以啤酒糟为主要原料,采用多菌种固态发酵生产饲料蛋白,对种子的制备和发酵条件进行了研究。实验结果表明,在制备黑曲霉和米曲霉瓷盘曲时,最适培养条件为啤酒糟与麸皮配比为3:7,料层厚度为1.5cm;在制备黑曲霉和米曲霉帘子曲时,最适培养条件为啤酒糟与麸皮配比为6:4,料层厚度为3cm;在发酵生产蛋白质时,最适发酵条件为啤酒糟与麸皮配料比为9:1,料层厚度为20cm,其发酵生产的蛋白质含量可达46.8%。

Study on Producing Protein Feed from Brewers Grain through Solid Fermentation

Abstract:The seed culture conditions and solid state fermentation conditions were studied for protein feed production using brewers grain as the main material. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:For making porcelain plate seed, the optiomal ratio of brewers grain to wheat bran was 3:7, and the material thickness was 1.5 cm. For making curtain seed, the optiomal ratio of brewers grain to wheat bran was 6:4, and the material thickness was 3 cm. For solid state fermentating, the optiomal ratio of brewers grain to wheat bran was 9:1, and the material thickness was 20 cm, the protein feed was 46.8% of the dry basis.
