摘    要:在三个品种的小白菜试验中,于收获前根外喷施钼酸铵、氯化锰、草酸钾及其混合物,可降低蔬菜中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的含量,以喷施混合物的效果较好。喷施甘氨酸对硝酸盐影响不大,但都导致亚硝酸盐的显著提高;收获前3天的喷施效果比前7天的好。

Abstract:The content of nitrate or nitrite was reduced b y spraying(NH 4 ) 2 MoO 4 ,MnCl 2 and K 2 C 2 O 4 ,especial-ly their mixture,before harvesting in three varieties of Chines e cabbage.The effect of glycine on the con tent of nitrate was small but it r esulted in increasing of nitrite content markedly.The effect of spraying3days before harvesting was better than7days before harvesting.
