| 摘 要： | 研究林下山参不同季节人参皂苷的动态累积及规律。用高效液相的方法对不同季节林下参的人参皂苷含量进行测定,并对人参根的各个部位的长度,重量进行测定。运用SPSS统计软件对林下参实验结果进行统计分析。林下参9月份的总皂苷的含量较高,并且人参皂苷-Rg1、-Rb1的含量高于其它采收时间。林下参中人参皂苷含量具有特征是:9月份含量达到峰值,10月份含量稳定或是略有减少。辽东地区林下山参的最佳采收期为9月份。

| Abstract: | To research the dynamic accumulation of ginsenosides in Panax ginseng ＇ Linxia Shanshen＇ in different sea- sons. HPLC method was used to determine the the content of ginsenosides. Moreover, the length and weight of different parts of ginseng were mensurared. The relation between the data of ginsenoside content and the length and weight of ginseng was analyzed by SPSS. The content of ginsenosides in Linxia Shanshen in Sep- tember is highest, together with - Rgl and - Rbl. The ginsenosides of Linxia Shanshen in September is highese, but still stable or slightly reductive in October. The optimum harvest time in Liaodong mountainous area is September. |
