北京油鸡羽速基因分子检测及其对生产性能的影响

摘    要:通过对北京油鸡雏鸡进行羽速表型判定,并与ev21基因插入位点分子检测结果比对,二者之间一致性达到99%,证实羽速基因在北京油鸡群体中属于性连锁基因,具备建立自别雌雄配套系的遗传基础.对不同羽速类型北京油鸡母鸡生产性能分析发现,不同羽型油鸡母鸡8-22周双周末体重差异不显著(P>0.05),42~44周龄总产蛋数以及相同...

Abstract:In this study feathering phenotypes and integration site for endogenous virus 21(ev21) gene were detected in Beijing fatty chicken. The results showed that the consistence was 99%,which proved that the feathering gene was also sex-linked in the Beijing fatty population and it could be utilized as a good tool to identify the sex of chicken at birth.
