自然与人工老化粳稻种子活力与田间苗期性状的相关性分析

摘    要:硒试验以6个常规粳稻种子为材料,测定了自然老化和人工老化种子的部分活力指标,同时在田羊测定了两种种子的苗期性状,对室内测定的活力指标与田间苗期性状的相关性进行了分析,结果表明:各品种间种子活力存在着较大差异,经人工老化处理后,高生活力品种种子活力指标下降幅度大大低于低生活力品种种子活力指标的下降幅度,田辜苗期各性状也有同样的变化趋势,电导率与田间苗期性状的相关性不显著,标准发芽试验可以预测田间的苗期生长情况。

Abstract:Six normal japonica rice seeds were used in this experiment. The test of Some vigor parameters and field seedling characters of natural and artificial aged seeds were conducted, and the relationship of seed vigor parameters and field seedling characters were analyzed. The results showed that seed viability in different varieties was very different. After accelerated aging, the seed vigor parameters in high viability varieties decreased more lowly than those in low viability varieties, the same trend was found in the field seedling characters. Vigor index, both in natural and in accelerated seeds, could predict the seedling growth of japonica rice seeds in field. Electrical conductivity of seed leakage was negatively related with field seedling characters, but no significant correlation.
