摘    要:规模化猪场使用先进的设施设备及生产工艺可以有效减少资源浪费、环境污染,减少人工劳动力的投入,提高生产效益。目前国内猪场普遍存在设施设备使用量低、过分依赖人工劳动力;同时养猪设施各环节发展不均衡,养猪过程中的自动化、机械化、智能化技术水平普遍较低的问题。文章以现代化养猪设施设备的研究现状和进展为出发点,重点介绍了当前国内外养猪生产中饲喂与饮水设备、环境调控系统、粪污处理工艺以及物联网技术的研发与应用现状。指出未来养猪生产相关设施设备的改进与研发应以智能化、低能耗、高环保为出发点,提高我国养猪业整体发展水平相对滞后的局面。

Abstract:Advanced facilities, equipment and process selection can reduce resource waste and environmental pollution eff ectively, reduce the input of labor force greatly, and improve production effi ciency. The modernization level of domestic pig farms is insuffi cient, and the application of advanced facilities and equipment is lagging behind at present. Therefore, this paper mainly introduces the current domestic and foreign pig production infrastructure, feeding and drinking water equipment, environmental control system, manure treatment technology and the research and application of Internet of Things technology starting from the research progress of modern pig farms and equipment. This paper points out that the improvement and development of facilities and equipment related to pig production in the future should be based on intellectualization, low energy consumption and high environmental protection, so as to change the lagging situation of the overall development level of pig industry in China.
