摘    要:[目的]探讨PGPR引发对紫花苜蓿幼苗耐盐性及其生理效应的影响。[方法]用3种不同植物生长促生菌溶液喷施紫花苜蓿幼苗,研究在75 mmol/L Na2CO3胁迫下不同植物生长促生菌对紫花苜蓿幼苗生理生化特性的影响。[结果]与对照相比,施用不同植物生长促生菌处理的紫花苜蓿幼苗其叶绿素、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量均有不同程度的升高,其中CS3菌液处理效果最好。[结论]植物生长促生菌能够促进紫花苜蓿的生长特性发育,并能提高其抗逆性。
