氨基酸态氮对水稻幼苗的效应研究

摘    要:在无菌培养条件下,研究甘氨酸、谷氨酸、丝氨酸、组氨酸4种有机氮和无机氮(硫酸铵)对水稻幼苗的影响。结果表明,谷氨酸、甘氨酸和组氨酸3种有机氮和无机氮均被水稻吸收利用,其中对谷氨酸态氮表现出偏好性,但不吸收丝氨酸;浓度低于6mmol N/L的谷氨酸能促进水稻幼苗的根、叶片和株高的生长,提高植株生物量和含氮量,但浓度超过6mmol N/L后,促进作用有所减弱。说明水稻能够吸收利用有机氮,但对不同有机氮的吸收能力不同,只有在适宜的浓度范围内,有机氮对水稻幼苗生长的促进作用才有可能明显。

Abstract:The present experiment was conducted to study the effects of different N sources(ammonium sulfate,glutamic acid,glycine,serine and histidine) with the same N concentration(6 mmol/L) on seedling growth of rice variety Liushayouzhan 202 under sterilized culture.After 15 days culture in media with different N sources,it was found that nitrogen from ammonium sulfate,glutamic acid,glycine and histidine could be absorbed by rice with glutamic-N being the most absorbed,while serine-N could not be absorbed.Applying...
