| 摘 要： | 退耕还林还草工程要与贫困地区的脱贫与持续发展相结合,以宁夏酸刺村为例,在退耕还林的背景下实施科技扶贫,以优化地区发展条件和提高地区自我发展能力为切入点开展工作,充分体现生产发展、生活提高、生态改善的"三生共赢"的原则,在短短的5年内使全村初步实现了发展模式的转变.

| Abstract: | Project of returning land for farming to forestry should be combined with throwing off the poverty and the sustainable development of the district.Took Suanci village as example,they implemented technology to support the poverty under the background of returning land for farming to forest,optimized the development condition and improved the self-develop ability, fully embodied the principles of "The production development,the life enhancement and ecology improvement",then they primarily realized the transformation of the development mode in 5 years. |
