| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪,人们更加关注高等教育的第三大功能———社会服务功能,作为地方的高等农业院校更应该为当地农业的发展添砖加瓦。本文从地方农业院校提供的服务内容、服务领域入手,深刻分析为实现高等教育区域功能这一目标,地方农业院校内部在专业建设、学科建设、教学计划、科学研究等方面应做的必要调整。

| Abstract: | In the 21th century,more attention is paid for the third function of higher education--the function of providing social service. The local agricultural college should provide the local agriculture with promotion. The essay is about the content, field of the service that is provided by local agricultural college, and analyzes the necessary adjustment of the specialty construction, subject construction, teaching plan, scientific study of local college in order to realize the regional function of high education. |
