| 摘 要： | 校内外实习基地是培养大学生实践能力与创新能力的阵地，是推进产学研创一体化的重要载体。加强基地建设与管理可以为专业教师提供科学研究场所，把理论与实践充分结合，提高教师业务水平与科研水平，同时为学生的创新提供有力的技术支撑。园艺专业实习基地建设与管理，又是确保实习质量，提高实践能力和创新能力的重要手段。对增强劳动观念，加深对社会的了解，提高思想政治觉悟与创新能力，增强为经济与社会发展服务的意识，增强协作共事意识等有着非常重要的意义。
