| 摘 要： | 用浸叶法测定了10种杀虫剂对小菜蛾3龄幼虫的毒力。结果表明:10种杀虫剂对小菜蛾3龄幼虫毒力(LC50)大小顺序为阿维菌素>虱螨脲>溴虫腈>茚虫威>毒死蜱>硫丹>甲氧虫酰肼>辛硫磷>高效氯氰菊酯>虫酰肼。以毒死蜱为标准药剂,小菜蛾对阿维菌素敏感性最高,相对毒力指数达31530.0;其次为虱螨脲、溴虫腈和茚虫威,相对毒力指数分别为5236.3,2202.1和884.2;其余药剂的相对毒力指数均<100,对小菜蛾的敏感性较低,特别是虫酰肼,相对毒力指数仅为8.0,敏感性最差。测定结果可以为合理选择杀虫剂及小菜蛾的田间防治提供依据。

| Abstract: | Toxicity of 10 insecticides to 3rd instar larvae diamondback moth(Plutella xylostella L)was determined by leaf dipping method.The results indicated that the orders of toxicity to Plutella xylostella were abamectin>lufenuron>chlorfenapyr>indoxacarb>chlorpyrifos>endosulfan>methoxyfenozide>phoxim>beta-cypermethrin>tebufenozide.Abamectin was the most susceptible to Plutella xylostella with 31 530.0 of relative toxicity index,then followed by lufenuron,chlorfenapyr and indoxacarb with relative toxicity indexes o... |
