论我国新农村建设中人民调解制度的完善

人民调解是除诉讼外的最主要的纠纷解决方式,它与司法审判、仲裁制度一道,成为化解群众矛盾和经济纠纷、营造和谐社会的主要途径。但实践中农村人民调解工作却存在很多问题,不利于农村经济与社会的发展以及和谐社会的建设。通过对我国农村人民调解制度问题的分析,提出了完善人民调解制度对策,使人民调解制度在化解农村民事经济纠纷,促进我国新农村建设发挥更大的作用。

On perfecting rural people's mediation system in the construction of new countrysides of our country

People's mediation is the most important alternative dispute resolution besides litigation,and becomes the leading way of resolving villagers' disputes and creating a harmonious society,along with the justice and arbitration system.There are lots of problems in the rural people's mediation work at present,which does not benefit the development of rural economy,society or creating a harmonious society.The authors put forward methods of perfecting rural people's mediation system on the base of analysing the problems in rural people's mediation system so as to perform its great function in resolving the rural civil,economic disputes and promoting construction of new countrysides of our country.
