| 摘 要： | 学科馆员制度作为图书馆一种管理创新和服务创新的新模式，受到社会各界的广泛关注。为了提升我校图书馆的服务水平，适应学校和图书馆自身的发展要求，我校也应该建立学科馆员制度。本文从我校图书馆的现状、图书馆建立学科馆员制度的意义、学科馆员的作用等角度出发．对我校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的必要性进行简述。

| Abstract: | Subject librarian system has attracted much social concern as a new model of management innovation and service innovation in libraries.Subject librarian system should be established in our university to meet the needs of the development of our university and our library.The necessity of establishing subject librarian system in our library has been analyzed based on the status quo of our library,the significance of the establishment of subject librarian system and the role of subject librarians. |
