温室电动松土机的研制

针对国内简易棚室空间狭小的特点,研制了一种小型电动松土机,采用曲柄摇杆松土机构,由电动机提供动力.曲柄摇杆松土机构主要由松土爪柄、摇杆、曲柄和松土爪等部分组成,在曲柄的驱动下,松土爪柄带动松土爪进行松土.摇杆的固定点及其与松土爪柄的铰接点,类似于人的胳膊的肩关节和肘关节,使松土机构可更好地模拟人的松土动作.仿真结果表明,松土爪的切土和翻土性能较好,抛土性能减弱,有利于减少功耗,保持土壤的结构.

DESIGN OF ELECTRIC SCARIFIER USED IN GREENHOUSE
