摘    要:[目的]提高小型试验动物呼吸代谢检测的精确度。[方法]结合国际上常用的开放式呼吸测热流程,自主研制小型试验动物自控开放式呼吸测热装置,并应用该装置对Wistar系大白鼠4个不同生长期的耗氧代谢率、能量代谢率进行测定。[结果]雄鼠在生长状态下的耗氧代谢率和能量代谢率随着体重的增加而降低,而在绝食状态下则变化不大。雌鼠生长状态下,耗氧代谢率和能量代谢率随着体重的增加,表现为先增加后降低再增加;而绝食状态下,耗氧代谢率和能量代谢率随着体重的增加,先降低后增加。[结论]该装置技术流程先进、测试指标齐全、重复性好。
