牙鲆微卫星分子标记与生长性状的相关性分析

摘    要:研究利用30对牙鲆微卫星标记,对牙鲆雌核发育家系91个个体基因组DNA进行检测,在30对微卫星标记中,共检测到124个等位基因。其中,各座位的等位基因数3~8个,等位基因片段大小为80~170bp,平均有效等位基因数3.257。其中poli11座位的等位基因数目最多为8。平均多态信息含量为0.6197,平均杂合度为0.6672。利用SAS8.2中的一般线性模型(GLM)对30个微卫星标记与牙鲆的生长性状进行连锁显著性检验。发现在30个微卫星座位中,有8个座位分别与体重、体长、体高显著相关。其中,poli6TUF位点与体重相关;poli30TUF、poli107TUF、poli108TUF、poli116TUF、poli123TUF、poli130TUF6个座位与体长显著相关;poli145TUF与体重、体长显著相关,而与体高相关性不显著。poli9-8TUF与体重、体长、体高3个性状均显著相关(P<0.05)。将基因型与生长性状进行Duncan多重比较,找到4种与生长性状相关的基因型。

Abstract:Total 30 microsatellite DNA markers were selected to analyze the genomic DNA of 91 gynogenesis progenies from the gynogenesis family. The results showed that total 124 different alleles were found,and the number of allele was 3-8 in each locus. The DNA fragment length was 80-170 bp,the number of mean valid alleles was 3.257,the value of mean heterozygosity was 0.6672 and the mean Polymorphism Information Content (PIC) was 06197.
